… but I broke my stupid blog. I also fixed it and comments work now, but I’ve lost the ability to password protect posts and I have a lot of “private” things going on right now and very little time to try to research, let alone fix the problem.
So here’s the public stuff…
Tonight is the election for the co-op’s board of directors. I’m one of 10 (?) candidates running for 4 positions. I have no idea what my chances are. This is really a situation where I represent a move away from the standard ways of thinking within the co-op’s organization and I honestly don’t know if that’s what people want. We’ll see.
I’m trying to get a second job. I think I’ve got it, but I won’t know until next week. It’s a throwback to something I’ve done before and I think it’ll be a good thing for me.
My grandmother had a stroke. She’s in the hospital and hasn’t progressed at all since landing in the hospital on Monday. I have more to say on that subject, but it’s really not for public consumption and, although it’s already written, it’ll have to wait until I can figure out how to allow stupid password-protected posts on the damned blog.
The worst case scenario on the blog, though, is that you might have to register to see posts that would otherwise have been protected, but I don’t even know if I can make that happen or not, and I don’t know when I’ll have time to actually figure out the problem.
That’s the nutshell.
